She spent a lot of time showing me the house virtually and then setting up a showing. She was persistent in communicating with the other realtor and worked hard to get me the lake house with competing bids. She was amazing.

Deborah really stands out as a agent! I have been through the real estate process many times and it can be very frustrating . Deborah helped make this process go very smooth. Tina Clay knows the way!!!

This is our 2nd time working with her, the first to sell our house, and now with buying one. She was even more fantastic this time, if that’s possible. She drove from Somerset to show us houses in Paris, Versailles, Lexington, Winchester, Harrodsburg, and Nicholasville. Distance is not a barrier for her! She is committed to helping her clients find what they want and where they want. And we never would have found this wonderful house we just bought without her help and guidance. After being outbid a few times, we were getting discouraged, but Tina didn’t give up and found us a house that made us grateful the others had fallen through. I cannot recommend her enough. We now have a realtor for life, as well as a friend. Two BIG thumbs up!!
