I must say Dan has been the best agent I've ever experienced. I've bought and sold properties in 22 states and had hated every one of those agents. Dan has shown me that there is truly good people in this world. He was very professional and extremely helpful in finding a home for us in a very short time. Unfortunately he had given Luke $60000.00 of my money to Luke without my consent, by placing him on the buyers contract and closing documents.
