This is the third real estate transaction I’ve done in the past number of years with Ashley. Her dedication to her clients, listening and putting up with our neurosis’s and anxiety over a house being on market, and her putting forth her own blood sweat and tears to ensure the house is the best that it can be on the market is nothing short of incredible. Would I work with Ashley again? It’s a given.

This is our second time using Rachel to purchase an investment property. We were super excited to have the opportunity to work together again! She helped us figure out our target area and pulled only relevant options for us. She has a keen sense for knowing what her customer is looking for and then translating that into the current market. She also has an amazing network of folks that she connected us to, including our new mortgage lender. Rachel is on top of every step in the process including prompting other professionals as needed. She even had Plan B ready when we had a glitch in the lending process. Her response time is that of a best friend’s, always there for us within minutes! She even volunteered to make it to a few appointments that we could not be there for. I truly can keep going on and on. Excellent service, spot-on communication and very knowledgeable of the market and industry! We will use Rachel for our next investment property purchase.

Melissa and Jennifer are wonderful, and did an amazing job helping me find and buy my home. Very knowledgeable and patient while navigating this unprecedented housing market. They are a great team and working with them was like working with great friends. I was on my own in this house hunting adventure, but I never felt alone with Melissa and Jennifer as my agents!

Another challenging situation and Yolanda aced it again! This time, I she helped me sell the house that I initially bought with her help. For me to keep her as my realtor says a lot.
