Having Mr. Cliff Newhouse as our buyers agent was more than we could have hoped for. We were buyers from out of state and he was so helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. Cliff was always there to answer our questions about the property and surrounding community. He went out of his way to help us with virtual showings and explain things that were new to us. Friendly persona, professional ethic, gets the job done correctly and in a timely manner. We would certainly recommend Cliffs services as an agent to any buyer or seller!

My husband and I were first-time homebuyers, so we had no idea where to even start with purchasing our first home. Each time we sent him a house that we liked, he immediately went to work with getting us scheduled for a viewing. He was always on time (early, in fact) to our viewings, and so professional each time. He gave us his professional advice with each house. After lots of searching, we finally looked at a new construction house that we fell in love with. We were able to close within 90 days of our accepted offer, which was great for a new construction! Randy has experience with new constructions, so that was a big plus for us too! Bottom line, Randy is great! With a high level of professionalism and in-depth knowledge of the real estate business, Randy checked off everything on our list! No other realtor would've worked as diligently as Randy to ensure that we were truly informed and satisfied with our choices. We could not have asked for a better realtor, or friend! Randy exceeded absolutely all of our expectations throughout the entire process.

My experience with Jennifer was absolutely top notch! Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable in all things Real Estate! Being that we were no longer living in the house knowing that Jennifer was handling things gave us piece of mind that you can't place a price on.
