12 real estate agents in KY, 41230

Thad helped our family orchestrate an out of state move back to KY. Thad is incredibly responsive and remarkably attuned to market trends. Speed is a fantastic determiner of success especially in real estate transactions and Thad is a fantastic example of such by being readily available when it mattered most. More so, Thad used the latest tools available at his disposable to help inform us of the best offer strategies to secure the deal, giving us the utmost confidence in our transaction. Lastly, Thad is incredibly easy to talk to, relatable in the highest regards. Thad knows the Lexington and greater Lexington areas, extending through KY like the back of his hand. I would recommend Thad to help buy or sell any day and would love to work with him again!

Having worked with three different agents in the past, I’ve now completed three more recent transactions with Thad as my agent. At this point, I can’t imagine using anyone else. His experience and market knowledge are immediately evident, and that expertise translates into confidence and clarity at every step of the process. One of our purchases was fairly complex, and having someone with his level of experience made all the difference. In that particular transaction, he took on a fairly complex issue himself and allowed me to focus on the logistics of moving — which was invaluable. He stayed calm, proactive, and solution-focused throughout. Whenever an issue comes up (and in real estate, something always does), he either handles it directly or immediately connects me with the right person to resolve it. These connections truly set him apart. He is deeply rooted in the Bluegrass real estate community. He’s on a first-name basis with mortgage brokers, the title company, inspectors, and various contractors. He doesn’t just “refer” people — he knows exactly who to call to get things handled quickly and correctly, and this makes all the difference. Issues are addressed promptly, communication is smooth, and the entire transaction feels coordinated rather than chaotic. He's experienced enough to anticipate potential problems before they arise, explain options clearly, and keep everything moving forward without unnecessary delays. Whether buying or selling, he approaches each deal with professionalism, responsiveness, and a calm command of the details. After three successful experiences, I can confidently say he’s the kind of agent you want in your corner — knowledgeable, efficient, and deeply connected in the Central Kentucky real estate community. Highly recommend.

This is the second home that Thad has sold for me and each time he has had the house under contract to purchase within two days. Thad makes sure to go the extra step to ensure that your property will list and sale quickly. Thad is very knowledgeable about the different markets and trends as they happen in the real estate world. Thad also makes the process as streamlined and easy as possible when it comes to selling your home. You will not be disappointed!
