I cannot say enough good things about Tyanne! We moved from out of state and were in a bit of a time crunch to buy a home. Tyanne learned about our needs and wants and then excitedly talked us through what locations and neighborhoods she thought would be a good fit. We felt comfortable reaching out at any time and she was so responsive. We came into town to just drive around and get a feel for the area and at the last minute she was able to not only meet with us but set up showings for multiple homes. She kept our two boys entertained so we could walk around the homes without worrying about them romping all over the place. When we put an offer on what we hoped was our dream home and didn’t get it, she was so kind and reassuring. Not long after we saw a home online and she went to see it and she showed us every nook and cranny via FaceTime just a few hours later. She said it was a really nice house and she thought we would like it. We ended up putting an offer down and it was accepted. We didn’t see the home in person until one day before closing - that is how much we were able to trust Tyanne in this process! She was right - we truly love our new home and couldn’t have done any of it from 5 hours away without her! She even got our kids little gifts - they loved her so much and were excited to “see Tyanne who showed us houses” when we finally moved. Cannot recommend Tyanne enough!! She’s good people! ♥️

Tyanne is very communicative and hard working. She goes to great lengths to understand exactly what you are looking for and works even harder to make sure you find it. We are so blessed that we had her and her experience to guide us. I recommend her to anyone who is house shopping.
