He went above and beyond as an agent, and treated us like family instead of treating us like clients. After the few months of heartbreak my family and I had suffered, we needed a win in such a big way. Jarrod was instrumental in getting us that win. She helped find professional cleaners; made sure the pictures really highlighted the property; conducted an "over the top" open house - complete with scenic boat rides of the lake from our dock; helped with negotiations; and even was able to work out an acceptable solution for both parties when there seemed to be a breakdown in the final negotiations.
