Above and Beyond

Working with Zach was amazing. He stuck with us for almost a year as we searched for the perfect house. Even after we found the house we had multiple hiccups on the sellers end that Zach was able to navigate us as well as the seller (who was unrepresented) through. If Zach wasn’t able to meet us for a showing (which only happened twice in the span of almost a year) we were able to meet with another of Kirkpatricks agents and never had to delay. Truly could not have done this without him and his immense knowledge of Kentucky real estate, the Lexington market, and architecture and construction. On top of all this he is truly just a wonderful person to work with and we are forever thankful.

For the survey for Sean: The need for a realtor came for us at the death of my mother. Sean had gone to church with her and we also knew him on a personal level. During the ongoing process of purchasing a new home and selling her home, he was both compassionate with our situation and professional.
