I can't say enough good things about Stephanie. Living in Ohio made it difficult to get to Kentucky sometimes to look at homes. She was always willing to schedule showings around our crazy schedule. Most of them taking place in the evening. I also liked that she was was originally from Ohio, so she knew what we were up against. She was always there to tell us everything would work out and to be patient. Our house was out there. We spent several months looking. House number 50 was the magic number. Even after putting an offer in, I was extremely nervous and questioned everything. Once again she was there to calm me down and tell me everything was going to be ok. And it was. We had a pleasant and fast closing and we have been in our house for a month. I am so thankful for her. We have gained a new friend. Actually she feels like part of the family after all we went through together. I would highly recommend Stephanie to anyone looking to buy a home.
