It was a pleasure to work with April with the selling of our house. She provided well researched information on current property availability and what price range we should expect to sell our house for. She provided us with tips on how to maximize our selling potential. Her marketing team photographer she uses to take photos before a property goes live on MLS did an excellent job. The selling process was very streamlined with the use of online contract review software and online signing of agreements. We have had April help us previously as a buyer’s agent role, and we had such a positive experience, we wanted to have her help in selling our house. We would definitely recommend April’s realtor services and would have her represent us in a future property sale or purchase.
