We just want to say thanks to Joshua Warren, for helping us to find and purchase exactly the home we were looking for. He was patient, professional and most important to us personable. Always there with advice or pointing us in the right direction, the overall experience was excellent especially as it was so close to the holidays. This is my second time doing business with the man and it’s been outstanding both times. If you are looking to buy or sell a home in the central/eastern Ky areas I couldn’t recommend anyone more strongly.

David did an excellent job. He was available all hours of the night to answer questions, do research, and help us with anything we needed. The only reason I rated 4 stars is because, as first time home buyers, we were hoping for more guidance/advice on what to do in the negotiation phase while putting in offers (in terms of whether counter-offers were reasonable, what amount to offer, etc). That said, he is extremely knowledgeable and personable. I'd highly recommend him to anyone.

Lori has been a great realtor for us over the years. She helped us find a home 10 years ago and then helped us sell the same home. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and will shoot you straight about the situation. She is your gal!
