He took his time with every house we looked at, explaining the good things about a house or what repairs might be needed - and he knows many house-related professionals he could call for estimates so we weren’t just guessing at what something might cost. He wanted to help us find a home, not just get us to buy a house. He checked out every fuse box, crawlspace, French drain, deck support, etc. He’s very detail oriented and catches little things others might not notice, which helped us negotiate with the sellers. Brent is always responsive and proactive about communicating with us and the sellers. He consistently went above and beyond. It’s such a stressful process and Brent made it easier. He’s very professional and was 100% our advocate in this process, and had estimates from construction professionals to back up his requests during the negotiation process, and as a result we got what we needed and are very happy with our new home!
