Kristy was wonderful to work with! She is detailed, incredibly helpful, professional and so friendly! She made this transaction more than that and I’ll be sad not to see her so often now!

Kristy Hall could not have been a more perfect fit for us. She has not only assisted us in the process of selling a home but has also recently helped us find our current family home. Both times it's been above and beyond. She's extremely personable, caring, flexible, and made us feel like family. She showed a true concern for our needs and did exceptional at guiding and supporting us in our choices. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I were moving 330+ miles from our home in Ohio to Kentucky. Kristy was extra patient with the unexpected length of time it took to sell our Ohio home. She encouraged us through a stressful time and drove probably hundreds of miles for us; seeing homes all over the greater Lexington area. We are thankful for her honesty and professionalism when it came to this big move for our family. We absolutely recommend her and would choose her again if we find ourselves needing to sell in the future.

You won’t go wrong when you choose Susie. She went above and beyond. When we were having issues with communication with the sell of our out of state home, Susie even began working with the title agency there. I couldn’t have asked for a better Realtor when moving back to Our Old Kentucky Home! We’ve used Susie many times and every time is top notch!

Susie Basham is a wonderful agent. Her knowledge of the area and professionalism is second only to her warm nature. She made the process of buying and selling a home so easy! We can't thank her enough for going above and beyond during our virtual search when purchasing. And holding down the reins of selling our house when we had to move so quickly. Knowing that home was in Susie's capable hands made the transition so much easier.

Susie stuck with us through thick and thin. We have been home shopping for 5 months and she helped us with 9 different offers. Finally, we got the perfect home for us! She answered every late night phone call and text, met us on any and every day of the week and various times, and gave us feedback and guidance each step of the way. Susie really was so helpful and I’m so glad we had the chance to work with her.
