I honestly don't know where to start. This is the 4th home I've bought and I've had terrible experience ls with the first 3. I've been dreading buying another house because I really didn't want to repeat the previous experiences. But, from beginning to end, Bernie changed my mind and my experience. I'm not great at navigating this process. Bernie is there for me as a resource even now, more than a month after close. He helped me find the best people I needed from inspections (a lot of them), to contractors (multiple) and a wonderful team that took me through close. Because of my ignorance of this process in general, I needed a lot of hand holding and he never once made me feel like I was a burden. He's been kind, compassionate, assertive on my behalf, and patient and I couldn't be more grateful for him. Hopefully, I'll never have to buy another home, as he helped me get my one in a million dream house, but if I do, i wouldn't trust anyone else to help me through that process. He's raised my expectations of realtors and is an expert in his field.

Summer Nelson was amazing. She was in constant contact with our loan officer and seller's realtor. She helped us to understand the process and worked hard to get us into our home. She was so friendly and professional the entire time. Checking in and making sure there was progress being made. Just wonderful.
