With the 2022 housing market being so fast and furious, Mary taught us how to navigate the insane timeframes of listings. She was available to talk to and set up showings to meet our schedules. Being a distance away made for interesting schedules, some houses went off-market as we were in route, I would then see more on MLS, call Mary on the way to Lexington and she had them set up for us to see that day!
