We live 2.5 hours away from the Lexington area and were helping our son find a new home. Mary Brown quickly learned what we were interested in buying and set up a MLS account with our parameters to allow us to see all the homes that were available. With the 2022 housing market being so fast and furious, Mary taught us how to navigate the insane timeframes of listings. She was available to talk to and set up showings to meet our schedules. Being a distance away made for interesting schedules, some houses went off-market as we were in route, I would then see more on MLS, call Mary on the way to Lexington and she had them set up for us to see that day! Mary Brown's knowledge and her professionalism made this experience very good. We looked at many, many homes before finding the one that fit our son's needs and budget! Mary was always happy to set up the showings and ready to tell us about each property, knowing which we would be wanting to spend more time in and the ones we would walk in/walk out. Mary was a great resource to have while I was trying to clear out and sell my grandparents' house. She was always available for questions and to provide guidance as I waded through deed issues from a living estate in which the deed holders had already passed away. Having never sold a house, Mary also helped greatly in selecting a good and fair asking price and sift through all the offers we received.
