Lacy was absolutely amazing throughout our entire first-time home-buying experience. Buying a home for the first time is overwhelming enough, and then adding inspections, financing, appraisals, negotiations and all the unexpected things that come along with it make the process even more stressful. I truly could not have asked for anyone better to have in our corner. From the beginning, Lacy went above and beyond to make sure we understood what was happening and felt comfortable with every decision. She was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and patient, and she never made me feel like I was asking too many questions. Whenever I was confused or overwhelmed, she took the time to explain things, walk us through our options and help us feel confident moving forward. Lacy was also genuinely invested in helping us find the right home for us. She was always looking out for our best interests, advocated for us when we needed it and helped us navigate some stressful moments with so much patience and reassurance. I always felt like she had our backs. As first-time homebuyers, having someone we could trust made all the difference. Lacy made a process that could have been incredibly overwhelming feel manageable, and we are so grateful for everything she did for us. We truly couldn't have asked for a better realtor and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

Mr. Ford worked with us to provide guidance on updating the house and obtaining an offer. He was professional throughout the process and supported us along the way.

We met and talked about selling the home I wanted to sell. She explained how her and her team would do things and that’s exactly what she did. She took care of everything from start to finish and was amazing. I would highly recommend her as your agent.
