He didn't work for me, he worked with me. He tells it like it is. He has what it takes to negotiate deals that are good for the Seller and the Buyer. This guy has a southern charm about him. He introduced himself via the phone and listened to my details about the property. 2 weeks later it sold! It pays to know the area. Not disappointed at all . Highly recommended!
