Real estate teams in Kennebec County

We had very specific things we needed in home at a certain price. Together we worked to find exactly what we wanted. Kate and or Zach always made time to get us in on our schedule usually within a day or 2. We travel the state looking for just the right home. It seemed to take so long and every time we expressed frustration they would say it’s out there and we will find it and we did! They are patient attentive and willing to drop everything to go near and far to see your potential home! Thank you guys!

I would highly recommend Pine Point Realty to anyone who might be looking for a home in this region. All my questions were answered as timely as possible. Great market knowledge of the area of my request. Always willing to meet me at potential properties without hesitation or restrictions. I felt very comfortable through this whole process and very satisfied with the final outcome. Overall great experience. Thank you. Rob

We've worked with Brittany Blair on multiple property sales that involved a unique and evolving set of requirements, and she did an outstanding job from start to finish. Although the process was new and involved additional complexities beyond a typical transaction, she took the initiative to fully understand the requirements, stayed organized, and communicated clearly at every stage. Her professionalism, responsiveness, and attention to detail has made the entire experience smooth and efficient on each sale. We are very impressed with her ability to navigate a non-standard situation, and look forward to continuing to work with Brittany. We would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone needing a knowledgeable and dependable real estate professional.
