Buying a home is a daunting task & deciding on an agent is as important as choosing the house itself. That is why I was so relieved to have Chloe in my corner throughout the process. Chloe is a fantastic real estate agent! I couldn’t recommend her enough. She is both a HARD worker and a wonderful communicator. Chloe was readily available for any questions we had during this process. We felt very comfortable asking her anything, from the simple questions to different obscure scenarios. Chloe was always able to find the correct answers for us, in a way that made sense. Once our house was listed, Chloes negotiation skills blew me out of the water. We were able to get above asking price for our home, on a timeline that couldn’t have worked out better. I trusted Chloe wholeheartedly with the entire process.

She had the seller figured out so we could make an offer they’d accept, even though below asking price. Knows all the vendors to get inspections done quickly. Personally participated in all inspections. Was positive and supportive even though things took a while. Was prompt with all necessary paperwork. Couldn’t have asked for a better agent.

Michael was great, especially with us moving from out of the area he would go tour all houses that met our requirements beforehand and would tell us which ones weren’t worth our time and highlight the ones we should see. He had great insight on the area and really worked hard for us.

Haley was always very professional and attentive. Whenever we would text her with questions or concerns, she answered immediately. She did an excellent job of showing and selling our house. I highly recommend her!
