Great. Ready for everything thrown at him. Will always use him.

Jan was great to us as first time home buyers! She was so helpful and professional with our experience. She helped us obtain our first home with so much ease especially in todays market. We’re so thankful

Home purchased--September 2021 Jan Soper navigated us, new-comers to Kansas City, Kansas, through our home-buying journey with a watchful, knowledgeable eye on each detail. Jan is an experienced realtor and she has a finely honed set of verbal, written, and digital communication skills that were truly tested at a couple points. We are most pleased with our home. We have fond memories of conversations and walk-throughs, and we learned so much about what to look for when choosing a home and all that goes with it. Signature-by-signature, there was inquiry and confirmation of understanding. Jan even met with us over coffee about a month in, to be certain our home was as promised. She presented us with a lovely custom-made house-warming gift. Whether you are the buyer or the seller, you can trust Jan's curiosity and experience to guide you. Kim Sadowski
