Shanna was extremely helpful to me while I was purchasing my home. She was always available, and did everything she could to answer my questions or find the answers if she didn't know them. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to the figures, working with the lender and also working with the title company. Shanna worked extremely hard at helping me get into our home by staying in contact with the selling realtor and also staying in contact with the lender answering any questions they had for her. She helped explain things to me that weren't easily understandable in the paperwork and also worked to get all inspections scheduled and followed up after they were completed.

As an out-of-state buyer we relied on her extensive knowledge of the market and her negotiation skills enabled us to purchase an incredible property in a highly sought-after neighborhood at a fair price. She is quick to respond to any concerns and her attention to detail made the entire process smooth and easy. If you need a trustworthy, responsive, and expert realtor who will listen and work diligently for you, look no further.
