This is the second time I've worked with Jim. Last year we purchased a home, and this year I sold another property. Both experiences were absolutely perfect. I never had to worry about anything around the house, I knew that Jim had it all handled. He was key in helping me receive the max dollars from my property and recommended key improvements that resulted in a home that sold at a price exceeding my expectations.
