When we originally bought our house in Olathe, Kristina was out agent. She was amazing and we've become close friends. I left a glowing review for her then and she's still an incredible agent. I can't imagine a more considerate, dedicated, and kind person let alone realtor. We love Kristina to death so of course when we were considering selling she was our first call. She did a wonderful job and we are eternally grateful to her. You seriously could not find a better realtor or friend than Kristina.

We wish we could explain the many ways that Eric Mein is an amazing, attentive, and knowledgeable realtor in our small review. His experience from years of building, remodeling, selling, and buying homes proved to be invaluable in our home search and purchase. He took the time to educate us on what to look at that realtors don’t and don’t even know to investigate because they have never built homes! His keen eye kept us from pursuing a home that he knew would have issues come inspection time (and it did). There is little he wasn’t versed on. Eric was very patient with our search and takes the time to educate you on the home buying process. He is very responsive and timely when responding to questions and was quick to book showings which was crucial in the fast-paced market we were dealing with. Because of the many properties he has been involved in, his knowledge of contracts and negotiating skills are innate! Many are licensed realtors, but few are as thorough and cultivated in the field as Eric. He truly has your interests in mind and will go to work for you.

Izma was such a pleasure to work with. My wife and I worked with her to purchase our first home and we would have chosen Izma again 10 times out of 10. What I found most valuable was Izma’s knowledge of the market as well as her gentle attitude toward buying a home. Izma gave my wife and I plenty of space and information when we needed to discuss or figure something out. We did not feel pressured in any sort of way to move on a place if it was to our liking.

Ron and his team did an outstanding job of marketing our property and driving prospective buyers to our property. From the day we discussed putting our home on the market, Ron skillfully and professionally advised us on every aspect of getting our home prepared for sale and eventually sold. They did a great job of advising us on staging and sale perpetration. In addition to beautiful MLS listing, they put on the full court press of social media, contacting potential buyers from lists of clients searching for similar homes and mailing notices to people in our Nottingham Place area. The first week on the market Ron set up 5 showing and found a buyer. Wow, if you want results, contact the Scherzer Team.
