Very attentive and anticipates needs.

My husband and I were tasked with selling two houses in order to purchase our dream home with land. It was not easy at all, but Lin, as always, was in touch and on top of it all and navigated us through every steps. Lin is very professional, knowledgeable, and gracious. We have used her for 3 sales and 3 purchases and I would not ever consider using anyone else anyone else besides Lin Van Meter. Hopefully this is our happily ever after home and we will not need Lin's expertise in the future, but we look forward to referring friends and family her way.

Excellent every things.

Rob was super helpful and personable. He took in our requests and we ended up finding a home the very first weekend we looked. He was always quick to respond to questions and diligent with the details. We would definitely recommend Rob as a realtor to others!
