Cathy was amazing at communicating and made the process so easy and fast! She was so educated, and we never once felt like we were in the dark on anything! Her expertise and experience is exactly why we went with her. We will recommend her to all of our friends. Not to mention, she is so nice and funny!

Mistey found time to answer all of my questions with efficiency and enthusiasm. She also gave great guidance on things to watch out for. She has highest integrity and is most respectful. She made the home buying experience so much fun.

As an out-of-state buyer we relied on her extensive knowledge of the market and her negotiation skills enabled us to purchase an incredible property in a highly sought-after neighborhood at a fair price. She is quick to respond to any concerns and her attention to detail made the entire process smooth and easy. If you need a trustworthy, responsive, and expert realtor who will listen and work diligently for you, look no further.

Our last home purchase (2024) was the 3rd time we have worked with Cathy. Her knowledge and professionalism are her strong points. However, and even more important, Cathy understands the emotional side of buying/selling a home and eases that with her vast experience and downright caring about the people vs. the transaction. She always goes the extra mile to make sure you find the perfect home. We would definitely use Cathy again if the need arises. You are in good hands with such an important and stressful time of your life. Cathy is the best!
