Jake quickly posted a nice sign in my yard and did a fantastic job with the marketing. Within a few days he brought me multiple offers above my asking price. I also purchased a new house through him. This is the second time I've worked with Jim. Last year we purchased a home, and this year I sold another property. Both experiences were absolutely perfect. I never had to worry about anything around the house, I knew that Jim had it all handled. He was key in helping me receive the max dollars from my property and recommended key improvements that resulted in a home that sold at a price exceeding my expectations. Julie was amazing at helping us sell our house and deal with our long contingency train, lol. She was the calm in the storm we needed to deal with everything going on. Cheryl worked with me remotely. She listened well and asked the right questions so that she could find my home. She took pictures and videos, called and talked to other agents, and communicated extremely well through the phone, texting, and email. Within a very short timeframe, she found the home we purchased. Cheryl also did the walk through and met with inspectors and installers so that the home was ready for our family to move in. Once again, all this was done remotely! She is extremely pleasant, highly knowledgeable about the current market, professional, and very hard working. I would highly recommend Cheryl to any potential buyer or seller.
