She was able to provide some local information which reassured us about the neighborhood and gave us some pointers on what to do when we bought the house and how to negotiate for it. When we had a last minute hiccup with the air conditioner she got the seller to get it taken care of. She was quick to respond on all our inquiries and made a good recommendation on who to use for the inspection.
