Blythe made every step of the homebuying process incredibly smooth. From an initial discussion of price range and what we were looking for to closing on our dream home, she offered excellent guidance and relevant information. We were able to look at a wide variety of options to narrow down our focus, and Blythe was proactive in finding promising listings. She understood the market and professional details of home buying in a way that gave us peace of mind. While looking at individual homes, she gave honest and valuable insight into specific features and things to look for. She was incredibly competent in considering possible remodel and upgrade options for specific spaces. In the bidding process, her advice and communication helped us compile a competitive offer that won a hot property. Blythe was very responsive and took time to help us understand specific details about home buying so we were empowered to make informed decisions every step of the way.

Jennifer was amazing to work with! She has such great taste and a really good eye for design. She helped me so much throughout the renovation process, especially when it came to picking out materials and finishes. I really valued her opinions and trusted her suggestions. She was always willing to help and made the whole process so much easier. I'm so glad I had her as my agent and would definitely recommend her!

Working with Rob was the best experience we could have hoped for when looking for a house. Rob listened to our list of desires and tirelessly presented options and marathoned viewing appointments with us until we found the perfect home. Rob advocated for us while negotiating with the seller, and he sprayed for bugs and identified the trees and plants in our yard once the home was ours. You know that Rob truly cares about his clients! We have found or forever home but if anything ever changes we know we can depend on Rob Davis to help us again.

Everything was great! Amber went above and beyond in helping us purchase our home in Shawnee. She was extremely professional & always responsive. We recommend her to everyone!!
