We wish we could explain the many ways that Eric Mein is an amazing, attentive, and knowledgeable realtor in our small review. His experience from years of building, remodeling, selling, and buying homes proved to be invaluable in our home search and purchase. He took the time to educate us on what to look at that realtors don’t and don’t even know to investigate because they have never built homes! His keen eye kept us from pursuing a home that he knew would have issues come inspection time (and it did). There is little he wasn’t versed on. Eric was very patient with our search and takes the time to educate you on the home buying process. He is very responsive and timely when responding to questions and was quick to book showings which was crucial in the fast-paced market we were dealing with. First off, Heather was great with communicating about expectations, timelines, viewings, and next steps. She was very professional but with warmth. Her market knowledge and expertise were invaluable when it came time to negotiate and fine-tune things in order to close on time. On top of that, she is simply a great person who cared deeply for us and it never felt like she was just trying "to make a sale." It will be near impossible to find another agent that possesses all of these skills and character traits. I would highly recommend her as an agent to anyone...and wished she was licensed in the state we moved to.
