His keen eye kept us from pursuing a home that he knew would have issues come inspection time (and it did). There is little he wasn’t versed on. Eric was very patient with our search and takes the time to educate you on the home buying process. He is very responsive and timely when responding to questions and was quick to book showings which was crucial in the fast-paced market we were dealing with. Because of the many properties he has been involved in, his knowledge of contracts and negotiating skills are innate!
