Rene was very organized and knowledgeable. Since this is our first home, we were nervous and didnt really know how the system worked, but Rene gave us peace of mind. She explained all our options and gave us everything in layman's terms so we didnt feel so lost. The process does take a while, finding that perfect property sometimes comes with a wait and see mindset. Every house we declined/disliked got us closer to our true home. Rene was on top of it! She kept finding houses that fit our budget and desired accommodations and eventually we found this one and it felt like a no-brainer. The wait was worth it! Cheryl worked with me remotely. She listened well and asked the right questions so that she could find my home. She took pictures and videos, called and talked to other agents, and communicated extremely well through the phone, texting, and email. Within a very short timeframe, she found the home we purchased.
