We wish we could explain the many ways that Eric Mein is an amazing, attentive, and knowledgeable realtor in our small review. His experience from years of building, remodeling, selling, and buying homes proved to be invaluable in our home search and purchase. He took the time to educate us on what to look at that realtors don’t and don’t even know to investigate because they have never built homes! His keen eye kept us from pursuing a home that he knew would have issues come inspection time (and it did). There is little he wasn’t versed on. Eric was very patient with our search and takes the time to educate you on the home buying process. He is very responsive and timely when responding to questions and was quick to book showings which was crucial in the fast-paced market we were dealing with. Because of the many properties he has been involved in, his knowledge of contracts and negotiating skills are innate! Many are licensed realtors, but few are as thorough and cultivated in the field as Eric. He truly has your interests in mind and will go to work for you.

Jake McGuire recently sold a house for me in Lees Summit. He's one of the most positive, knowledgeable, honest and trust worthy agents I've ever worked with. Jake quickly posted a nice sign in my yard and did a fantastic job with the marketing. Within a few days he brought me multiple offers above my asking price. I also purchased a new house through him. Working with Rob was the best experience we could have hoped for when looking for a house. Rob listened to our list of desires and tirelessly presented options and marathoned viewing appointments with us until we found the perfect home. Rob advocated for us while negotiating with the seller, and he sprayed for bugs and identified the trees and plants in our yard once the home was ours. You know that Rob truly cares about his clients! We have found or forever home but if anything ever changes we know we can depend on Rob Davis to help us again.
