We were first time buyers and Martha was such a great resource. She helped explain the contract in detail. She would point things out while seeing a house that we wouldn’t think of checking for. We had a problem with a house we put an offer on and not getting our earnest money back immediately, and she was a great advocate for us to get that returned to us. High recommend m!
