Bob was helpful when we needed pricing to repair items that came up in our inspection however it would have been nice if he coached us more when we were told there were multiple offers and they needed our final offer. We had no idea we could offer so much money over the highest offer with a maximum dollar amount on our offer. Because we didn't know that, I think we probably paid more than we needed to for the house.

She does not push or rush you into getting a home , she considers all of your factors that you want in a house and makes sure you are happy. She also referred us to her mortgage broker , they make an incredible team. Her negotiation skills are truly remarkable, you will get the best deal if you choose her. My family and I are so happy with our new home and neighborhood. We are truly grateful ,I will be referring her to all of my friends and family.
