This was my first time buying a home and she was so easy to work with. She answered all of my questions and when she didn't have the answer she would make sure to get it to me as soon as possible. She was available for anything I needed and helped me through the whole process from the first meeting to the closing.

I worked with Matt from Oct 16 to May 17. Matt was extremely flexible with his schedule. He made himself available for the showing of properties most of the time. I saw numerous properties from Elgin to Bolingbrook to Bloomingdale, Matt accommodated my search area. When it was time to make an offer on my new home, we negotiated a lower price with credit back. Matt was patient and honest. When it came to listing my house for sale in the winter, he let me know the good offers probably would not come until spring. He was right! I did get a poor offer not worthy of acceptance in the winter, then I relisted with Matt in spring and got multiple offers! He was always concerned and attentive. I would definitely recommend Matt to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Best realtor ever! I usually dislike working with realtors because they tend to be take a**holes. Megan wasn't your "typical" realtor. She had real humor and personality. We had to find a home in the days. We looked at 50+ homes in 3 days! We really enjoyed the entire experience.

Kathy was fantastic in selling our home. She staged the home and told us what we needed to do to attract the most buyers. I will be recommending her to anyone that is selling a home in the area.
