We bought a house in Maysville in May of 2022 and Vance was professional, helpful, and quick to respond. He helped us find our home faster than we ever thought possible. His keen eye for detail and understanding of our needs were commendable. The market was extremely volatile at that time and he worked overtime trying to virtually show us homes since we were several states away. We were very happy with our purchase! Fast forward almost 1 year and we decided we wanted to move back to Florida so we needed to sell our home in Maysville and had the pleasure to work with Vance again. He made what could have been a stressful and difficult process as seamless as could be. Vance really listened, cares passionately about his job and his calming manner worked wonders for us. His experience and deep understanding of the market were invaluable. He provided exceptional service, was always punctual, and was incredibly responsive to our queries. He set the photographer up for our pics, did his magic on the listing and placed it on the market. At 10:30 am he was at our house putting the For Sale sign in the ground. Forty five minutes later I get a notification that our first showing was at 3:30 that same afternoon and at 8:30 that night we were signing our sale contracts online for full asking price!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Need I even say more?

vance really went out of his way to show us whatever property we wanted as fast as possible.very nice man

Vance sold our house in a matter of days. He was able to answer any questions we had. He also handled getting things the house needed done (such as pressure washing). He was and is still quick with contacting you back if you need him. I highly recommend using Vance as your agent. You won't regret it.
