Katy was our agent as we searched for and purchased a house in the Kansas City area. Her patience and understanding was phenomenal as we looked at pretty much every suburb in the area. Once we found the perfect location and house for us, she took the reins with negotiating and since we were moving in from out of town stood in for us during the inspection and repair period.
