A five star rating for Stacey and Lana really isn't sufficient. I live in California and was selling a home in New Orleans. Stacey took the bull by the horns and handled everything from finding someone to do repairs for a very reasonable price to attending the closing on my behalf. Not being in New Orleans to oversee the sale of my home could have been very stressful but Stacey never let that happen. In addition to handing the repairs she kept in contact on a daily basis to discuss the progress of the listing. No issue was too small and Stacey was always available to discuss any questions I had. Best of all she sold the house for $10,000 more than I expected. I can't recommend Stacey and Lana enough if you want a stress-free experience selling your home.

From first our first phone conversation until our closing was completed Kim was with us every step of the way. Through discussing our home features and comparable properties with our agent we reached a listing price we were comfortable with. As she walks through the showings, she points out things of note and the condition of certain things to look for. She isn't one to try to force you or steer you to buy a property but she is honest and will tell you the pros and cons and how that property compares to other houses in market to see if it it's reasonable. Kim was very responsive for any inquiries needed from other party's selling agent, insurance agent, or lender. She was a great resource to have in my corner guiding me through the buying process and providing her insight to help get the most advantageous outcome possible .
