I recently had the pleasure of working with Colette Koetsier to sale not only my personal residence, but also an investment property. From start to finish it was a pleasurable experience and I could not be more pleased with the results. She used her expertise to price and market the properties resulting in successful sales of both of them. During the entire process, Colette was proactive always keeping me in the loop on showings and responded promptly to questions. Her communication was second to none and she maintained a high level of professionalism. As things progressed to considering offers, Colette’s advice and updates helped close the sale. I would highly recommend Colette as a trusted advisor for real estate transactions. Her market understanding, communication skills and professionalism made the selling process a positive and successful one. If you are looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, communicative and conducts business with utmost professionalism, Colette is the perfect choice.
