Britt is amazing! She is a very hard worker. If she tells you she will do something, she WILL do it! I inherited a house. I had never had to sell a house before. Britt walked with me through the selling process every step of the way answering my many questions. She was sensitive to my emotional ties to a property I had grown up in and my parents had lived in for 64 years. She throughly explained about the necessary inspections, repairs and even put me in touch with someone who could do an estate sale. Britt goes above and beyond what you expect from an agent.
