Micah is great! There's no way any other agent would have taken the time to show my dozens, and dozens...and dozens of houses! And not just over a few months; it was years. He carefully examined each house and wasn't scared to really check the condition inside and out. I was one of those "Summer of 2021 Homebuyers" when there were maybe 3 houses for sale in all of Birmingham and cash offers were being made left and right. Micah made a gutsy move with my offer and because of this I was able to get my dream home. I highly recommend Micah Martin!
