Jimmy did an excellent job selling my house for me. It was under contract for top dollar within a few days of being on the market. I was pleasantly surprised at the final selling price he was able to get for me- definitely more than I expected. His knowledge of the market in the area proved extremely helpful. He also made the closing process very simple on my end, even though I had already relocated and had to do an absentee closing.
