Scott, was very friendly and professional. He took the time to clearly answer all my first time home buyer questions. He rearranged his schedule to meet me at my home for the first viewing and had an offer letter written up within hours of that viewing. He did an excellent job negotiating a fair price for me. He went above and beyond to find a contractor to do the negotiated repairs and went out of his way to meet them at the property to allow access for the repairs. If it were not for him doing this, the signing date may have been pushed back. Thanks Scott!

Well, our son ambushed us with Robin. On a visit to see a home she found for them. I told her good luck, Sheila and I had been looking for two years. We had been searching in Fort Worth, Nashville and Johnson City. I’ll be damned, Robin found our Forever Home on the second property. Had no idea we would stay in Georgia. Robin had found us the perfect place that checked all the boxes and then some. Then Robin found us the perfect broker that brought it all together. Sheila and I wanted a home that people could drive by and say “I wonder who lives there?” Robin delivered. People in town say, Wow, you live there. We have always loved that house with the pond.
