Julie was recommended by a family member. Meeting Julie for the first time, you automatically can tell that she is very knowledgeable. I contacted Julie on June 2021 regarding the process of selling our oak harbor home. At that time, my husband and I were still back-and-forth about selling or renting the property. It actually took about a month till we decided that we were ready to sell. Julie was patient and never pushed us to do anything we weren’t ready to (That’s what I liked about her). When we were finally ready to sell our home. She made the process so smooth. She gave me a timeline with estimated dates of the process till the day we closed. I appreciated this very much because I need schedules! If I had a question she always had an answer or knew where to direct me. I never really had many questions to ask because of how INFORMATIVE she is. When it came to repairs for the home, she had some people who she recommended to do the job. Let me mention, we did everything out of state. Her responsiveness when I emailed or text was quick! The biggest thing that I loved about Julie was her LOYALTY to her clients. She refuses to represent both seller and buyer. She only represents one party so she can give YOU her best service. She will only work for you!!! I hope you choose JULIE as your realtor!
