Colleen Somnis went above and beyond to assist my widowed, elderly Father, in selling his home for over market value WHILE helping us clean out the home with all the pieces from my parents life. My Father, the home seller, has been widowed for only a year or so and had not started the daunting task of getting the home ready to sell. Colleen not only helped us figure out how to manage this feat, she also scheduled the things that I could not for my Dad, such as the moving company to relocate him to a new state. Her sincere kindness, extra help, and confident but not pushy way of doing things helped my Dad feel ok to move forward, in what could have been a horrific experience.
