Tammy kept m informed of every step required in signing required steps in our agreement and and answered all of my questions with speed and understanding. She was a joy to work with. I would recommend her to friends and associates. She was great1

Tammy, you are the ultimate professional: intelligent, knowledgeable, hard-working, trustworthy, and experienced. You helped Mom sell her home in a very short time for a great price, and navigated the bumps from the other side with a calm and assured attitude. And it all worked out! The staging you did was great, and the pictures you took were wonderful. You recommended quality people to get projects done before and after the sale, and communicated regularly and often with all the many family members interested in the sale. You were so kind and friendly throughout, and we are so grateful for being able to rely on you. As Mom wrote to you: “Thanks for the great job, Tammy. You had double, and triple work having to work with my family! Every step was well covered and explained. I’m thankful for your amazing job…”

I cannot recommend Tammy highly enough! She is super knowledgeable about the market and the sales process. She is very responsive to questions; I never had to wait for a reply to an email or text. She did a fabulous job of staging the house. Finally, she did extras that were well beyond her job description. I would use her again and again and again!
