Rachel was great to work with! As first time home buyers, we were fairly clueless about most things involved in the process. Rachel took the time to explain everything clearly and was always there (physically or through text/email) with answers to any questions!

We have worked with Mary Kay 2 times and have had a great experience. 8 years ago was our first time of buying a house, Mary Kay was very helpful on what to expect and willing to let us go look at the house multiple times during the process. This last time, we wanted to start selling our house as we were building our own. We weren't sure what to expect due to the COVID 19 pandemic and not sure what to expect with all the new changes. Mary Kay was always communicating and trying to work with us on our work schedules and gave wonderful advice on what to do during the process of getting an offer on our house.

Susie went above and beyond. She always responded quickly to any inquiries we had. We found a house right away. She offered to help in more ways than expected. She had great recommendations for us too.
