We called Seth to help us buy a new house since we had just recently moved to the Spirit Lake area full-time. He went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we where looking for and made the process extremely simple and smooth. He also helped us sell our weekend home within a week of it's listing. Mike did a great job as a duel agent. He was able to communicate with the buyers (us) and the seller to make the process as good as it could be, given the unusual circumstances of the sale.
