Kim went over and beyond to help us anyway she could to sell a few rental properties. She and her daughter even spent a day helping us clean up the property to get it ready in time for a fast turnover. She was very knowledgeable about what the property was worth and made sure she showed it and got it sold a lot faster then we would have thought possible. We really enjoyed working with Kim and will in the future.

I used Bryan as my realtor from a distance as I was selling a house in Iowa but vacationing in Florida during the selling process. We kept in communication by phone and email.
